About the role
- Structured 12-month trainee program with clear learning objectives
- Intensive mentoring from your manager and experienced Customer Success Managers
- Individual onboarding and learning modules with training videos, exercises and supervised work in 2nd-level support
- Gradual expansion of your area of responsibility – from initial tasks to your own customer projects
- Introduction to customer support and account management
- Support in building long-term customer relationships
- Identifying customer challenges and developing initial solution proposals
- Assisting with measures to increase customer satisfaction and product usage
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Contributing feedback to Development, Application Engineering and Product Management
- Support for release communications, e.g. newsletters and the Knowledge Base
- Introduction to customer data analysis
- First steps in deriving actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree (field not important)
- Initial experience in IT, media, project management, customer service or support is helpful but not required
- Interest in software products and digital processes
- Very good written and spoken German (at least C1)
