About the role
- Leading the Central Region PRN Sales Team to accelerate growth and expand market share within the animal health industry.
- Launching new products to meet growth expectations while continuing to expand existing product lines.
- Conducting field rides with Sales Representatives to provide real time coaching, feedback, and ongoing development support.
- Driving accountability through disciplined planning, goal setting, and proactive sales management.
- Developing talent and fostering a high performance, engaged, and results driven team culture.
- Partnering effectively with the region’s professional service veterinarian to develop business strategies and support people development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, animal health or related industry.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborative, results-oriented leader with entrepreneurial drive
- High energy, integrity, and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Travel up to 75% of time
