About the role

  • Leading the Central Region PRN Sales Team to accelerate growth and expand market share within the animal health industry.
  • Launching new products to meet growth expectations while continuing to expand existing product lines.
  • Conducting field rides with Sales Representatives to provide real time coaching, feedback, and ongoing development support.
  • Driving accountability through disciplined planning, goal setting, and proactive sales management.
  • Developing talent and fostering a high performance, engaged, and results driven team culture.
  • Partnering effectively with the region’s professional service veterinarian to develop business strategies and support people development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, animal health or related industry.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborative, results-oriented leader with entrepreneurial drive
  • High energy, integrity, and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Travel up to 75% of time
