About the role

  • Promote, sell, and secure new business by developing a strong understanding of Peerless-AV products that meet customer needs through existing partners and new partners.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with established accounts, including Pro AV systems integrators, dealers, distributors, indirect partners, specifiers and end user customers.
  • Actively manage and grow the territory to maximize sales and profits.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze monthly POS reports to identify sales trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and other materials as required.
  • Represent the company at industry events tradeshows, and customer meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • At least 5 years in outside sales or related position.
  • Effective writing skills

  • Well-developed people skills
  • Good judgment, positive mental attitude
