Engineering Manager

• Lead and evolve how engineering works at Peek, ensuring we build scalable, reliable, and impactful technology that advances access to eye care globally
• Operate at the intersection of product, design, and engineering — partnering closely with product leadership to ensure we are building the right solutions, in the right way
• Lead a growing engineering team of 7, expanding to around 10 by the end of 2026, working across four squads
• Responsible for the overall health of our engineering system: from architecture and technical quality, to developer experience, delivery effectiveness, and team capability
• Act as both a strategic leader and a hands-on technical guide—shaping direction whilst allowing teams to deliver independently
• Define and evolve the technical direction of our platform, ensuring it remains scalable, secure, and fit for purpose across diverse global contexts
• Partner to design and continuously improve how engineering, product, and design collaborate — including decision-making, trade-offs, and shared ownership across the product lifecycle.
• Scale the engineering function by defining role profiles, career pathways and hiring plans aligned to our roadmap
