About the role
- Building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions.
- Represent PHS at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to promote our mission and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies, campaigns, and presentations.
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities based on market changes and community needs.
- Conduct tours and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about our services and patient population.
- Partner closely with account liaisons and internal teams to ensure seamless communication between PHS and external healthcare professionals.
- Track and analyze market trends, referral data, and growth opportunities to help shape business strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare sales, outreach, or referral development experience (pediatric home care, nursing, infusion, or nutrition strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences including physicians, nurses, case managers, and community stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve growth goals.
- Passion for patient-centered care and a mission-driven approach to helping children and families.
