About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding for supported employees, collaborating with Immigration, Payroll, and external service providers
- Provide expert-level client support and advise on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and other HR matters
- Manage client relationships with the client services team
- Drive employee and client satisfaction through customer-focused service and timely onboarding
- Assist in training new team members
- Manage and audit HR records, including personal, onboarding, offboarding, contract, and job-specific documents
- Ensure compliance with local employment law and communicate rectification needs
- Monitor applicable Collective Agreements and coordinate compliance with required teams
- Collaborate with internal teams requiring regional expertise, including Knowledge Base maintenance and Product Development
- Identify potential issues, support root cause analysis, escalate concerns, and ensure resolution
- Support other business areas as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of Human Resources experience required
- Currently reside in Medellín, Colombia, or Lisbon, Portugal
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese required
- Professional proficiency in English required
- Strong research, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written communication, and listening skills
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to participate in automation and process-improvement projects
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Conflict handling and resolution skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with Brazilian labor laws and regulations
- Interest in international business and consistently high-quality performance
- Experience collaborating with Product teams desirable
- Previous EOR or HR Outsourcing experience nice to have
- Previous CRM systems experience nice to have
