About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research how companies decide where to hire internationally — through competitive analysis and direct customer interviews — and translate findings into a clear product direction
- Write the PRD and define the product feature
- Work alongside engineers and designers to ship the feature, owning acceptance criteria and making scope tradeoff calls along the way
- Track real usage metrics post-launch
Requirements
What you’ll need- Rising junior, senior, or MBA student with interest in product management
- Strong written communication — you can turn ambiguous problems into clear, structured documents
- Analytical instinct — you ask "why" before jumping to solutions, and you're comfortable with data
- Self-starter — you drive your work forward without needing to be told what to do next
- Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or global employment; prior PM internship or side project with a shipped product
