About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with cross-functional teams – build relationships, experience balancing multiple sales opportunities, achieve milestones.
  • Good verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Build partnership and trusting relationships with prospects to develop an understanding of each client's situation and convey the value of the Pebl services in each interaction.
  • Overcome objections given by potential clients.
  • Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as assigned.
  • Evaluate current acquisition workflows and identify opportunities to implement AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM productivity software is a plus
  • Positive attitude - no negotiation!
  • Highly competitive
  • Coachable with a strong willingness to learn
  • Enthusiasm for outstanding performance, striving to exceed sales targets
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
