About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with cross-functional teams – build relationships, experience balancing multiple sales opportunities, achieve milestones.
- Good verbal and telephone communication skills.
- Build partnership and trusting relationships with prospects to develop an understanding of each client's situation and convey the value of the Pebl services in each interaction.
- Overcome objections given by potential clients.
- Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in Salesforce.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as assigned.
- Evaluate current acquisition workflows and identify opportunities to implement AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM productivity software is a plus
- Positive attitude - no negotiation!
- Highly competitive
- Coachable with a strong willingness to learn
- Enthusiasm for outstanding performance, striving to exceed sales targets
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Ability to build rapport with clients
