About the role
- Support strategic projects across the company by conducting research, preparing analyses, and tracking progress against goals.
- Help identify operational inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to recommend and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision making.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews, including presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Finance, Sales) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects such as process optimization, new tool adoption, and M&A integration.
Requirements
- Has 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills; comfortable analyzing data and summarizing insights
- Proficiency with Excel / GoogleSheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker). SQL, Python, or other analytical skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise presentations for stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
