About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own complex strategic workstreams and mid-size projects end-to-end
Structure problems, build fact bases, and synthesise findings into actionable recommendations
Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and market sizing exercises
Build financial models and business cases evaluating strategic options, assumptions, risks, and KPIs
Produce executive-ready presentations, memos, and briefing documents
Partner with product, commercial, finance, and corporate development colleagues on cross-functional initiatives
Monitor KPIs and track strategic initiative progress
Contribute to Group Strategy planning processes
Mentor colleagues on analytical methods, frameworks, and communication best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Approximately 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or a related field within a multinational or complex organisation
Proven ability to independently execute complex analyses and deliver structured, insight-driven recommendations across strategic projects
Strong financial modelling and business case development skills
Comfort working across ambiguous problem spaces and imperfect information
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Proficiency in producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and documents
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under time pressure
Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to adapt analytical frameworks
Ability to build effective cross-functional and cross-level working relationships and work independently
Commercial understanding and ability to translate business drivers into strategic implications
Proactive learning approach and genuine interest in education, technology, or related sectors
Familiarity with AI-enabled edtech, skills ecosystems, or credential platforms is nice to have
MBA or postgraduate qualification welcome but not required
