About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with course-level administrators to advise on Pearson digital product integration and implementation supporting teaching and learning goals
- Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies, including best practices for instructing with MyLab
- Consult with customers on modifying or creating content
- Create department-specific training resources, including videos, guides, and live or recorded webinars
- Consult with Product teams on new platforms, tools, and features
- Partner with Sales on campaigns, calls, meetings, demonstrations, and sales enablement initiatives
- Use success metrics and reporting structures to document recommendations and course design and implementation evolution for customers and internal stakeholders
- Equip faculty at pre-identified accounts with skills and information to maximize Pearson digital product impact each term
- Facilitate face-to-face and virtual trainings or workshops and create implementation-specific tutorials or videos
- Investigate and respond to questions with audience- and purpose-tailored responses
- Develop and use milestones, rubrics, and reporting templates to track growth and success
- Collaborate with other teams by providing instructor-perspective insights and feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Statistics is required
- At least 5 years of full-time collegiate teaching experience in Statistics is required
- Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required
- Knowledge and experience in multiple fields in Mathematics and Statistics preferred
- Experience with Data Science and/or Engineering highly desirable
- Online teaching experience preferred
- LMS experience preferred
- Experience with Copilot and other Generative AI tools a plus
- Ability to engage with international customers in different time zones a plus
- Experience presenting at conferences, department meetings, and events
- Collegiate Teaching Award(s)
