About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate engaging leadership, management and business skills programmes in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
- Deliver inspiring and discussion-led learning experiences that encourage participation, reflection and real-world application.
- Manage allocated learner cohorts, supporting learners throughout their development journey.
- Deliver coaching sessions, learner reviews and progress discussions to support ongoing development and achievement.
- Provide constructive, developmental and timely feedback to learners.
- Assess and mark learner assignments and submissions in line with programme and awarding body requirements.
- Create, review and enhance learning resources including presentations, workbooks, facilitator guides and supporting materials.
- Contribute to the design and development of leadership, management and professional development programmes.
- Monitor learner progress and proactively identify support needs or barriers to achievement.
- Maintain learner records, programme documentation and administrative requirements within agreed timescales.
- Utilise learning technologies and digital platforms to enhance the learner experience.
- Build strong relationships with learners, employers, business partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement activities by evaluating programme effectiveness and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
