About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement of CPQ capabilities.
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product configurations, pricing rules, discounting and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a view of emerging needs and translate business goals into roadmap needs.
- Monitor system usage, performance, and adoption; recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop detailed business requirements, process flows and user stories.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related field.
- 2+ years as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or similar role. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, discount logic, and product bundling concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations, product catalog governance, or master data management.
- Experience with enterprise pricing models, subscription products, bundled offerings and renewals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Strong communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
