Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement of CPQ capabilities.
Administer and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product configurations, pricing rules, discounting and approval workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a view of emerging needs and translate business goals into roadmap needs.
Monitor system usage, performance, and adoption; recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Develop detailed business requirements, process flows and user stories.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related field.
2+ years as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or similar role. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora.
Understanding of pricing strategies, discount logic, and product bundling concepts.
Familiarity with ERP integrations, product catalog governance, or master data management.
Experience with enterprise pricing models, subscription products, bundled offerings and renewals.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues.
Strong communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
