About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead comprehensive training needs assessments through interviews, workshops, surveys, and data analysis
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business goals, performance gaps, audience profiles, and success metrics
  • Translate discovery insights into clear learning objectives, solution recommendations, and project scopes
  • Design end-to-end learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning, blended programs, performance support, and digital learning assets
  • Develop high-level design documents, storyboards, and curriculum frameworks aligned to client requirements
  • Ensure learning solutions incorporate adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and modern instructional methodologies
  • Oversee quality reviews of learning materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness
  • Develop evaluation strategies to measure learning impact and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support clients in implementing learning programs and interpreting performance data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in learning consulting, instructional design, or organizational development
  • Proven ability to lead client discovery sessions and translate insights into actionable learning strategies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design of complex or large-scale learning solutions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, authoring tools, and LMS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in fast-paced, client-focused environments
