About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead comprehensive training needs assessments through interviews, workshops, surveys, and data analysis
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business goals, performance gaps, audience profiles, and success metrics
- Translate discovery insights into clear learning objectives, solution recommendations, and project scopes
- Design end-to-end learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning, blended programs, performance support, and digital learning assets
- Develop high-level design documents, storyboards, and curriculum frameworks aligned to client requirements
- Ensure learning solutions incorporate adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and modern instructional methodologies
- Oversee quality reviews of learning materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness
- Develop evaluation strategies to measure learning impact and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
- Support clients in implementing learning programs and interpreting performance data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in learning consulting, instructional design, or organizational development
- Proven ability to lead client discovery sessions and translate insights into actionable learning strategies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design of complex or large-scale learning solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Familiarity with learning technologies, authoring tools, and LMS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in fast-paced, client-focused environments
