About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead comprehensive training needs assessments through interviews, workshops, surveys, and data analysis
Partner with client stakeholders to understand business goals, performance gaps, audience profiles, and success metrics
Translate discovery insights into clear learning objectives, solution recommendations, and project scopes
Design end-to-end learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning, blended programs, performance support, and digital learning assets
Develop high-level design documents, storyboards, and curriculum frameworks aligned to client requirements
Ensure learning solutions incorporate adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and modern instructional methodologies
Oversee quality reviews of learning materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness
Develop evaluation strategies to measure learning impact and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
Support clients in implementing learning programs and interpreting performance data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in learning consulting, instructional design, or organizational development
Proven ability to lead client discovery sessions and translate insights into actionable learning strategies
Strong portfolio demonstrating design of complex or large-scale learning solutions
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Familiarity with learning technologies, authoring tools, and LMS platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in fast-paced, client-focused environments
