About the role

  • Identify new business opportunities & create a 5X pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams & support functions to ensure seamless delivery of Print & digital products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling print & digital education solutions.
  • Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on Pearson's products and services, as well as industry advancements, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record for 5+ Years.
  • In-depth knowledge of higher education products and services
  • Sound Market Knowledge
  • Excellent communication, Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong in analytical and problem-solving abilities.
