About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor the commercial performance of the units, analyzing the sales funnel, conversion metrics, demand generation and daily results.
  • Conduct consultative analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement and guiding franchisees and teams in executing corrective actions.
  • Directly support sales teams in applying methodologies, commercial routines, best practices and standardized processes.
  • Lead follow-up meetings (one-on-one and commercial committees), assisting in the development and monitoring of action plans.
  • Implement and reinforce the brand's commercial strategies, ensuring adherence, alignment and excellence in execution at the units.
  • Support campaigns, commercial projects, promotional activities and re-enrollment initiatives, guiding their proper implementation at the schools.
  • Develop sales teams through practical guidance, structured feedback and routine follow-up.
  • Use commercial systems and tools (ERP, CRM and e-commerce) to optimize operations and improve process efficiency.
  • Participate in and deliver trainings, workshops and commercial events, sharing best practices and strengthening the network's commercial culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Cultural fit with Pearson.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields.
  • Previous experience in sales, commercial consulting or performance monitoring.
  • Analytical ability to interpret key metrics, sales funnels and commercial intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills, with the ability to guide teams.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, sense of ownership and execution focus.
  • Proficiency with commercial tools and experience with ERP, CRM or e-commerce platforms.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Availability to travel across Brazil.
