About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage high volumes of applications across multiple recruitment campaigns
Review, process, and progress applications in line with defined criteria and timelines
Maintain accurate tracking of candidates through each stage of the recruitment process
Support recruitment delivery during peak assessment periods
Screen applications against predefined eligibility requirements
Apply consistent decision-making using standard frameworks and guidance
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ensuring high levels of accuracy
Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation checks and system updates
Liaise with Assessment teams to confirm vacancy requirements and validate candidate suitability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in high-volume administration, recruitment, or operational processing roles
Strong Excel skills (data handling, tracking, validation, reporting)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Clear and professional written communication
Experience working with large datasets or recruitment systems (Desirable)
