About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services in AWS and Azure under guidance from senior engineers
Assist with Infrastructure as Code development using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation efforts to improve deployment reliability
Assist in monitoring cloud environments and troubleshooting operational issues
Participate in incident response activities and post-‑incident reviews as a learning opportunity
Collaborate with software engineering and operations teams to support application deployments
Follow established security, reliability, and cost ‑management best practices
Document systems and operational procedures
Participate in an on-call rotation with appropriate training and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or related roles (including internships or co‑ops)
Foundational knowledge of AWS and/or Azure
Basic experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-‑based workflows
Exposure to containers such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Experience with at least one scripting or programming language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
Basic understanding of Linux or Windows systems and networking fundamentals
Strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
