About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive end-to-end HR support to a dynamic employee population
- Work closely with managers and local teams to drive a high-performance, highly engaged culture
- Activate and deliver people and culture initiatives, ensuring effective communication and participation across the site
- Support the execution of talent processes—including performance management, hiring plans, retention, and offboarding
- Resolve complex people challenges with confidence and autonomy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
- Significant experience delivering HR support for large, diverse teams, ideally in a multinational environment
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication
