Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
3–5+ years of experience in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields
Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content
Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts
Experience with K-12 assessment, MTSS, formative assessment, interim assessment, or behavioral solutions (preferred)
Experience participating in Agile product development environments (preferred)
Familiarity with product management tools and practices (preferred)
Understanding of district purchasing and implementation needs (preferred)
