About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for winning, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of Government and Public Sector accounts across the Americas
- Lead end-to-end pursuit strategy for Government/Public Sector opportunities
- Manage RFP/RFI and procurement-driven motions
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Own renewal strategy for assigned accounts
- Build trusted relationships across procurement and executive stakeholders
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline integrity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales or account leadership roles
- Experience navigating regulated or procurement-driven deal cycles
- Strong CRM discipline and forecasting capability
- Experience selling enterprise learning, workforce, or skilling solutions (preferred)
- Experience selling multi-product or solution-based portfolios (preferred)
