Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support the end-to-end delivery of services across sales models, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, scope, and delivery standards.
Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of Access-related initiatives and go-to-market activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying issues and driving timely resolution.
Act as a key point of contact for delivery performance, service status, and issue escalation, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
Define, monitor, and report on key delivery metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, and milestone performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, consistency, quality, and scalability across Access models.
Support governance, risk management, compliance, and change management activities related to new or evolving Access sales models.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong alignment with Pearson’s culture and values.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in project management and service delivery within a sales-enablement, commercial, or technology-enabled environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, delivery governance, and performance tracking.
Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments and managing multiple priorities with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bilingual Spanish and English language skills.
ITIL, PMP, Prince2, or a similar certification is required.
Availability to work from time to time in the Spain time zone, as needed.
