Associate, Inside Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the promotion and sale of Pearson vocational qualifications and digital resources across the region, contributing directly to revenue targets
- Manage day‑to‑day customer interactions, resolving queries proactively, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience
- Enable sales and marketing activities by supporting reporting, purchasing, vendor coordination, and event execution (e.g., conferences and exhibitions)
- Partner with sales colleagues on key account planning and high‑value prospect support to drive growth
- Build and maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting using Pearson systems and CRM tools
- Continuously strengthen your product and market knowledge to present compelling solutions to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a sales‑support or target‑driven environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Confidence working with data, reports, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- A collaborative mindset, paired with the ability to work independently when needed
- A detail‑oriented, problem‑solving approach and the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English
