About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • At Pearson, we’re redefining how educators understand and act on student learning
  • Serve as a critical bridge between product development and go-to-market success
  • Recognized as subject matter experts (SMEs) across Measurement & Learning products
  • Responsible for translating product capabilities into clear, accurate, and impactful content
  • Create foundational training and professional learning assets
  • Partner with Instructional Design to develop and maintain asynchronous courses
  • Deliver live product training sessions and provide ongoing Q&A support
  • Develop and maintain help resources for educators
  • Drive governance of knowledge-base content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Serve as a product SME in support of RFP responses
  • Partner with Marketing on messaging tied to product features
  • Create and manage ISBNs, ensuring proper assignment and cataloging processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience developing professional learning, training materials, or product documentation
  • Demonstrated experience creating high-quality instructional and enablement materials
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in MTSS, behavioral, formative, and/or interim assessment practices (preferred)
  • Experience working in K–12 education or edtech environments (preferred)
  • Experience supporting go-to-market efforts (e.g., RFPs, sales enablement, training) (preferred)
