Key responsibilities & impact

Drive prioritization, clarity, and execution across high-impact marketing initiatives.
Act as both a strategic thought partner and hands-on project manager.
Partner with Web and SEO leads to prioritize initiatives that drive measurable performance impact.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependency maps.
Coordinate work across internal teams and external agencies.
Provide clear, concise status updates and prioritization views to marketing leadership.
Own and evolve the PVS Marketing project management framework in Wrike.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or related roles.
Experience managing digital marketing initiatives, preferably including Web and/or SEO.
Strong prioritization, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
Experience owning or administering project management tools and workflows.
Experience in education, digital marketing, or matrixed organizations (preferred).
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies (preferred).
Experience coordinating external agencies or vendors (preferred).
