  • The demand forecast requires regular review, challenge and collaboration with key stakeholders to minimise stock outs and overstocks, while aligning forecasts with financial targets and business expectations.
  • This position will manage the forecasts for LATAM, North America and the UK markets, working closely with Sales, Product, Finance and Supply Chain to consolidate demand, identify risks, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions.

  • Maintain and update demand forecasts for LATAM, North America and the UK in Logility, ensuring alignment with sales expectations and financial targets
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance to capture new product launches, promotions and portfolio changes, incorporating this into the forecast and supporting smooth phase-in and phase-out of titles
  • Act as a key contributor in monthly S&OP meetings, presenting forecast insights, highlighting risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with Supply Chain and Finance
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and perform root cause analysis on significant deviations, recommending corrective actions and continuous improvements
  • Identify and communicate risks related to stock availability, overstocks and potential obsolescence, proposing mitigation strategies
  • Work with the Supply Planning team to ensure demand plans translate into timely production and distribution decisions
  • Provide data and insight to help the business understand performance against targets and support revenue delivery
  • Support reporting automation through Tableau and contribute to process and systems improvements, including opportunities for enhanced use of forecasting tools
  • Serve as the main contact for all demand planning queries for LATAM, North America and the UK

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable working remotely and across multiple time zones
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
