About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow business from Test Prep institutes across the assigned territory
- Identify and onboard new institutional partners
- Drive adoption of print and digital learning solutions
- Ensure regular engagement with existing accounts to maximize retention and revenue
- Execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets
- Work closely with distributors to drive stock sales and market penetration
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of experience in B2B / institutional sales (preferably in EdTech / Publishing / Test Prep)
- Strong network or experience working with coaching institutes is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
