About the role

  • Own the execution of high-impact U.S. marketing campaigns, ensuring geo-specific programs launch on time, on message, and drive measurable results.
  • Support the development and launch of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social channels.
  • Translate messaging and positioning into channel-ready activation plans and assets.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure key milestones and launch dates are met.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence teams to align campaigns with global objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to incorporate local market insights.
  • Work with creative agencies to manage asset development and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor live campaign performance and support optimization efforts.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials to support targeted sales engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels.
  • Experience working with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, CMS, project management tools).
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of the U.S. Higher Education and K-12 markets, including sales cycles and B2B2C marketing models.
