About the role

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for a new interactive, AI‑enabled assessment experience.
  • Use emerging AI capabilities to shape a secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise‑grade assessment product.
  • Engage with our enterprise customers and internal partners to understand needs, validate opportunities, and inform prioritisation.
  • Collaborate with psychometrics, research, engineering, design, and UX to build a high‑quality, evidence‑aligned experience.
  • Lead a cross‑functional squad to deliver the roadmap and iterate based on data and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with our go‑to‑market teams to support customer acquisition, market expansion, and commercial strategy.
  • Communicate a clear, compelling product story that aligns teams and builds enthusiasm for the product’s value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to AI‑powered or innovative digital products.
  • Experience working closely with AI/ML, engineering, or research teams.
  • Comfortable shaping 0→1 products, experimenting, and navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong user‑centered design instincts and the ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with learning, assessment, or talent development is a plus but not required.
