About the role
- Analyze data and create reports to support decision-making and measure the impact of AI-driven solutions.
- Create, update, validate, and deploy AI prompts and agents using no-code platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in capturing and refining requirements for AI product initiatives, working with Product Managers, Service Owners, and Delivery Managers.
- Participate in program ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement) to support product management practices.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional, innovative team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Two to four years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to product development, AI, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, especially in the context of AI products.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and a willingness to learn and grow in Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
