About the role
- Administer all aspects of testing operations in assigned Pearson Professional Centers test center
- Provide high quality on-site service according to strict operational policies and procedures
- Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
- Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
- Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards
- Comply with all testing procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Exposure in a testing environment strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent command of Arabic and good command of English
