About the role

  • Permanent part-time role covering the Stornoway PPC generally every other Saturday 0800-1200hrs and every other Tuesday 0900-1200hrs
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Process candidates’ sign-in and explain the test process to them
  • Administer and invigilate tests
  • Ensure all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to
  • General housekeeping of the test centre
  • Travel to other test centres to provide support when required

Requirements

  • Friendly and professional team player with excellent timekeeping
  • Experience in using computers preferred including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Flexible and able to work different days and times (every other Saturday 08:00-12:00 and every other Tuesday 09:00-12:00)
  • Willing to travel to other test centres to provide support
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to administer and invigilate tests and follow security/compliance protocols
