About the role

  • Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
  • Comply with all exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment.
  • Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
  • Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
  • Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as our IT department to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre.
  • Some housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
  • Escort candidates to and from exam/testing rooms and ensure a secure exam delivery while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 8.25 hours/week with flexible shifts (07:30-19:15 weekdays, Saturdays 07:30-16:15).
  • Temporary part-time availability and flexibility to work varying split shifts and weekends.
  • School qualifications in English and Maths.
  • It would be an advantage to have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor restricted behaviour from a distance.
  • Comfortable sitting for long periods and escorting candidates to and from exam rooms.
  • Team-player with good customer service skills and ability to follow security procedures.
  • Ability to verify customer identification documents and explain exam rules.
