About the role
- Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
- Comply with all exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment.
- Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
- Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
- Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as our IT department to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre.
- Some housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
- Escort candidates to and from exam/testing rooms and ensure a secure exam delivery while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Availability to work 8.25 hours/week with flexible shifts (07:30-19:15 weekdays, Saturdays 07:30-16:15).
- Temporary part-time availability and flexibility to work varying split shifts and weekends.
- School qualifications in English and Maths.
- It would be an advantage to have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor restricted behaviour from a distance.
- Comfortable sitting for long periods and escorting candidates to and from exam rooms.
- Team-player with good customer service skills and ability to follow security procedures.
- Ability to verify customer identification documents and explain exam rules.
