About the role
- Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates
- Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules
- Comply with all exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment
- Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test
- Troubleshoot with internal departments (eg IT) to fix technical issues in the Test Centre
- Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary
- Provide a secure exam/test delivery while offering exceptional customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment
- Work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends; escort candidates to/from exam rooms
Requirements
- Minimum availability of 17 hours/month
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts any day Monday through Sunday including early mornings, late nights and weekends
- School qualifications in English and Maths
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor candidates for restricted behaviour
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and escort candidates to and from exam rooms
- Ability to verify personal identification documents and explain testing procedures
- Ability to follow strict testing security procedures and company policies
- Basic troubleshooting skills and liaising with IT to resolve technical issues
- Willingness to perform light housekeeping duties (vacuuming, sanitizing keyboards/workstations)
