About the role

  • Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates
  • Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules
  • Comply with all exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment
  • Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test
  • Troubleshoot with internal departments (eg IT) to fix technical issues in the Test Centre
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary
  • Provide a secure exam/test delivery while offering exceptional customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment
  • Work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends; escort candidates to/from exam rooms

Requirements

  • Minimum availability of 17 hours/month
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts any day Monday through Sunday including early mornings, late nights and weekends
  • School qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor candidates for restricted behaviour
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and escort candidates to and from exam rooms
  • Ability to verify personal identification documents and explain testing procedures
  • Ability to follow strict testing security procedures and company policies
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and liaising with IT to resolve technical issues
  • Willingness to perform light housekeeping duties (vacuuming, sanitizing keyboards/workstations)
