About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support inventory planning, sourcing coordination, and day-to-day supply chain operations across brands
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, MOQs, lead times, samples, and production timelines
- Maintain and update inventory dashboards, trackers, and forecasting spreadsheets
- Assist with data entry, audits, and documentation across sourcing and supply chain workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or eCommerce-related roles
- Exposure to sourcing or supplier coordination
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
