About the role
- Own performance marketing across Amazon and Google for multiple Pearl West brands.
- Drive full-funnel PPC strategy and execute daily campaign optimization (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Amazon).
- Build and maintain keyword and ASIN targeting structures for efficient acquisition and scale.
- Run rigorous A/B tests across creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and targeting settings.
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand Managers, and Ops to align ads with inventory, pricing, and product launches.
- Manage tools and tech (Amazon Ads Console, Google Ads, Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium10, bulk sheets, automation scripts, Data Studio).
- Own campaign dashboards, weekly reporting, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Drive ad spend efficiency and contribution margin targets; build playbooks, SOPs, and mentor junior team members.
- KPIs include reducing Amazon TACOS by 10% within 90 days, sustaining 4x blended Google ROAS, growing non-branded traffic 20% QoQ, reducing wasted spend 15% monthly, and launching 5 meaningful tests per month.
Requirements
- Expertise in Amazon Ads Console and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax).
- Strong data analysis and performance reporting skills.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to scale profitably.
- Excellent understanding of keyword and ASIN targeting strategies.
- Experience managing high-velocity ad spend ($50k+/mo) with tight margin controls.
- 3+ years managing Amazon and/or Google PPC at a performance marketing level.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (optional but preferred).
- Prior experience in multi-brand or startup environments is highly valued.
- Experience using Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium10, or bulk file optimization tools (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with TikTok Shops, Meta Ads, or other channels is a plus.
