About the role
- Financial Reporting & Analysis — The Core of the Role
- Own monthly financial close deliverables (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Consolidate reporting across 6 brands with clear variance analysis and commentary on trends
- Build and maintain rolling forecasts, quarterly budgets, and cash flow projections
- Partner with channel managers to track revenue, margins, and ROI
- Monitor and transfer cash balances across accounts to optimize yield
Requirements
- CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred
- 3–4 years in financial analysis, audit, or accounting (Big 4 experience is a strong asset)
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, and FP&A principles
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills; BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, Syft, Spotlight) is a plus
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop) or consumer brands strongly preferred
- Strong communicator who can distill complex financial data into clear insights
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
