Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies, messaging and conversion rates.
Participate in coaching, training and regular performance reviews.

Previous experience in Appointment Setting, SDR, Business Development or Outbound Sales.
Proven experience conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Strong objection-handling and communication skills.
