About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the end-to-end production of marketing and creative projects
Manage marketing and design briefs, ensuring requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly understood
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, copywriters, agencies, and other external suppliers
Manage project timelines, priorities, approvals, and production schedules
Assist with the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Coordinate the production of creative assets including digital, print, social media, email, web, presentations, and promotional materials
Review creative work and marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, quality, and brand alignment
Manage feedback and revisions between stakeholders and creative teams
Ensure final assets are delivered on time and meet agreed specifications
Maintain organised project files, documentation, briefs, and production schedules
Support the wider marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks as required
Identify potential production issues or delays and proactively communicate solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a marketing coordination, creative production, design production, or similar role
NZ market experience is essential
Strong understanding of the New Zealand marketing and business environment
Experience coordinating creative or marketing projects from brief through to completion
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Comfortable working with designers, marketers, agencies, and other creative stakeholders
Good understanding of branding, marketing materials, and design production processes
Confident reviewing creative assets and providing or coordinating feedback
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience with project management, marketing, or design tools is advantageous
