Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, review, and verify all client documentation (income, ID, assets/liabilities, statements)
Complete loan applications accurately in line with lender requirements
Follow up on missing documentation
Prepare submission-ready loan files
Manage the loan pipeline from submission through to settlement
Track application progress, conditions, and deadlines
Liaise with brokers, lenders, clients, and third parties
Assist with collation of information from lenders for loan/annual reviews
Ensure loan files meet regulatory and lender requirements
Maintain audit-ready documentation
Provide brokers with timely status updates
Communicate professionally with clients

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Experience with CRM (Broker Engine and Flex)
