Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) based on project requirements and site information.
Review project details and develop practical traffic management solutions.
Submit plans and required documents through approval and compliance systems.
Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
Monitor approvals, revisions, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and version control of plans.
Ensure all plans meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve planning processes and workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in traffic management, construction, infrastructure, planning, engineering support, drafting, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
Experience preparing Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
Familiarity with permit applications, compliance documentation, or approval processes.
Experience using planning, drafting, CAD, or project management software.
Exposure to construction, transport, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
