Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies.
Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs.
Monitor overdue accounts and issue customer statements.
Support month-end activities and maintain accurate records in Xero.
Provide financial updates and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong experience with **Xero** and account reconciliations.
Experience managing AP and AR functions.
Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and stock-based workflows.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
