Recruitment Consultant/Full Cycle Recruiter
Pear Tree.Recruitment Consultant managing full cycle recruitment processes remotely at Pear Tree. Collaborating with clients to understand hiring needs and building candidate pipelines.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
- Source candidates using various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and through phone screening.
- Conduct internal assessments - Pre-Screening, Grammar, and Initial interviews.
- Manage the overall interview and selection process.
- Define job description and document specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Monitor projects once launched and track progress until completion.
- Coordinate with Recruitment Managers for project updates and reports.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to Recruitment Managers.
- Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs.
- Build rapport with clients and develop long-term relationships.
- Ensure regular updates are provided to candidates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility
- Mandatory experience recruiting for UK clients
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring roles within the mortgage industry, including:
- Mortgage Brokers
- Credit Analysts
- Loan Processors
- Parabrokers
- Strong client management experience, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
- Experience working in or supporting an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, and Hubspot (CRM)
- Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours
