About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
  • Source candidates using various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and through phone screening.
  • Conduct internal assessments - Pre-Screening, Grammar, and Initial interviews.
  • Manage the overall interview and selection process.
  • Define job description and document specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitor projects once launched and track progress until completion.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment Managers for project updates and reports.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports to Recruitment Managers.
  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs.
  • Build rapport with clients and develop long-term relationships.
  • Ensure regular updates are provided to candidates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility
  • Mandatory experience recruiting for UK clients
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring roles within the mortgage industry, including:
  • Mortgage Brokers
  • Credit Analysts
  • Loan Processors
  • Parabrokers
  • Strong client management experience, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
  • Experience working in or supporting an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, and Hubspot (CRM)
  • Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours
