About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible as Project Lead and GTM expert for the client relationship and the strategic success of our client collaborations.
  • Independently guide our clients, together with our GTM Engineers, through the entire Peakora Journey: from strategic planning to successful implementation, including results, satisfaction, and contract renewals.
  • Make strategic decisions on ICP definition, messaging, conversion strategies and channel selection, together with our GTM Engineers and your clients.
  • Drive market mapping, conversion strategy design and campaign launches for our clients.
  • Coordinate collaboration between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mindset: We are looking for experienced professionals who have already successfully scaled companies — not entry-level candidates.
  • You bring deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking and the ability to engage on equal footing with CEOs and other decision-makers.
  • You think in systems, recognize patterns across industries and transfer your knowledge to new contexts.
  • You are an A-player.
  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling go-to-market systems in B2B companies.
  • Proven track record of scaling companies, ideally with notable firms in your portfolio.
  • Solid experience defining ICPs, conversion strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with modern sales and marketing tech stacks, especially CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus), outbound and lead-generation tools, and data & signal tools.
  • AI & automation experience is a plus.
  • Highly structured working style and the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Excellent C-level communication skills: you are a trusted advisor to decision-makers.
  • Experience managing client projects and acting as a coach or consultant is a plus.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Availability at 80% or higher (part-time or full-time).
  • Charismatic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
