About the role
- Execute a comprehensive analysis of multifamily budget underwritings and research.
- Proactively research target markets to analyze market trends, including but not limited to changes in income, expenses, and occupancy.
- Serve as a visible and engaged representative of PeakMade Real Estate at industry forums, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build connections and expand our network.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to implement and execute the corporate client relations program.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and financial analyses.
- Organize the completion of proposals and pitch documents.
- Occasionally assist the student housing division as needed.
- Participate in industry-sponsored events, i.e., conferences, relevant organizations, etc.
- Collaborate with internal departments on the creation and execution of PeakMade external advertising and industry outreach.
- Lead and/or assist in consulting assignments as necessary.
- Assist with transitions of third-party management deals as necessary.
- Assist with property due diligence as needed (conduct property inspections and market research).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or university strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Two years in a B2B sales role or sales skills
- Experience in the residential housing sector strongly preferred
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- High degree of proficiency in Excel and Word
- Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent networking, persuasion, and sales experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Good team mojo essential for success
