About the role

  • Independently own Apex's Digital Assets product line spanning stablecoin funding, tokenization of equities, and crypto trading
  • Define vision, strategy, and a multi-quarter roadmap that delivers material outcomes
  • Lead discovery by synthesizing client feedback, usage data, market signals, and competitive intelligence in the digital assets space into clear problem statements and hypotheses
  • Set product OKRs/KPIs and operating mechanisms (intake, prioritization, governance, release planning) for a net-new digital assets organization
  • Establish and enforce quality, reliability, security, and compliance guardrails appropriate for regulated digital asset products
  • Develop compelling business cases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related technical field required
  • 6–8+ years in product management, including independent ownership of a product line or net-new business area
  • History of setting vision and multi-quarter roadmaps, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering material business outcomes — ideally in a 0-to-1 or new business line context
  • Experience in digital assets, blockchain, or crypto product development at a crypto-native firm or a regulated financial institution
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in Systems and portfolio thinking, Executive communication and influence, Metrics and modeling, Technical and architectural fluency, Operational excellence, Strategic partnership management
