About the role

  • Define and champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our regulatory and financial reporting products
  • Oversee the implementation of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with customers and senior business leaders to understand their needs and identify product gaps
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, legal, compliance, etc.) to develop and document detailed product requirements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including Annual Operating Plans, Product Charters, PR-FAQs, Narratives, and Specifications
  • Be accountable for the functional and financial success of RegTech products, monitoring key performance indicators and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
  • Master’s degree in business, finance, or technology preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product-adjacent roles, with preference given to candidates with exposure to compliance and regulatory functions within financial services
  • Proven experience in market research, product requirement definition, and documentation
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full lifecycle of product development, ideally within a SaaS or cloud-based environment
  • Technical fluency: Ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams, grasp modern technology concepts, and contribute to informed product design decisions
  • Financial services acumen: Experience or a strong interest in the securities industry and regulatory landscape
  • Exceptional communication: Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Analytical proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with BI tools, Excel, SQL, and potentially Python or R
  • Agile mindset: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a preference for iterative product delivery
  • Decisive leadership: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
