Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scheduling Coordinators to achieve operational and service goals.

  • Ensure scheduling practices comply with company policies and client requirements.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with caregivers, clients, recruiters, and internal departments.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex scheduling concerns and service issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve communication.
  • Promote a client-first approach while balancing the needs of nurses, caregivers, internal stakeholders and the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in scheduling, workforce management, customer service, healthcare operations, or a similar environment.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
