About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Align HR practices with organizational goals
  • Act as a liaison between employees and leadership
  • Provide day-to-day HR support
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives for employee experience and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with managers for operational needs
  • Support execution of performance management processes
  • Assist in implementation of engagement programs and surveys

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity
  • Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is a strong advantage
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
