Key responsibilities & impact

Align HR practices with organizational goals
Act as a liaison between employees and leadership
Provide day-to-day HR support
Contribute to strategic initiatives for employee experience and engagement
Build strong relationships with managers for operational needs
Support execution of performance management processes
Assist in implementation of engagement programs and surveys
Track and analyze HR metrics and provide insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity
Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is a strong advantage
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
