HRBP Generalist
Peak SupportHR Business Partner supporting organizational goals and employee experience at Peak Support. Aligning HR practices, providing day-to-day support, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align HR practices with organizational goals
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership
- Provide day-to-day HR support
- Contribute to strategic initiatives for employee experience and engagement
- Build strong relationships with managers for operational needs
- Support execution of performance management processes
- Assist in implementation of engagement programs and surveys
- Track and analyze HR metrics and provide insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity
- Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is a strong advantage
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
