About the role
- Support client hiring needs as the first point of contact for customers
- Manage end-to-end medical provider credentialing, including applications and renewals
- Maintain and update provider profiles in platforms such as CAQH
- Ensure compliance with credentialing requirements and monitor expiration dates
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners regarding credentialing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Assist in onboarding processes and ensure adherence to company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical provider credentialing (highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CAQH and insurance credentialing portals
- Familiarity with Medicare credentialing and compliance standards is a strong advantage
- Background in HR functions, including recruitment and personnel record management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a BPO and healthcare support environment
- Knowledge of US healthcare systems and insurance processes.
