About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support client hiring needs as the first point of contact for customers
  • Manage end-to-end medical provider credentialing, including applications and renewals
  • Maintain and update provider profiles in platforms such as CAQH
  • Ensure compliance with credentialing requirements and monitor expiration dates
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners regarding credentialing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates
  • Assist in onboarding processes and ensure adherence to company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in medical provider credentialing (highly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with CAQH and insurance credentialing portals
  • Familiarity with Medicare credentialing and compliance standards is a strong advantage
  • Background in HR functions, including recruitment and personnel record management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a BPO and healthcare support environment
  • Knowledge of US healthcare systems and insurance processes.
